Claire, I don’t recommend you use stuff you don’t need. If you’re interested in prevention, wear sunscreen every single day. UV rays are responsible for up to 90% of premature aging, so, as simple as it sounds, wearing sunscreen every day really is the only way to seriously prevent premature aging. Everything else only makes a negligible improvement.

Hi Gio, will a little helps a long way? For example if young adults in their early 20’s started using a skin light therapy device, will it do something? Or it’s just another gimmick.

Claire, these treatments should be done only at a doctor’s office. At home devices are too weak to make much of a difference.

I am still new to your blog and was searching for skin light therapy related post but couldn’t find any, if you do have please let me know where can I find them! May I ask how does skin light therapy helps to take extra care of our skin and does it really work? I came across a gadget called Makeon Skin Light Therapy device, and was wondering should one invest in it. What are your thoughts?
