In reply to Ashley. Ashley, honestly I would use salicylic acid all over the face. If you experience flakiness, that's a sign you may need to exfoliate less and moisturise more for a while.

Hi Gio! Thanks for doing this comparison. I love your website. I’m 36, and I have combo skin with some wrinkles. I recently started using Paula’s Choice 2% BHA on my nose and chin (thanks to your recommendation) and it’s amazing! Now I want to find an exfoliant for my cheeks that will remove flakiness. I’ve tried the Ordinary Lactic Acid and Pixi Glow Tonic (not at the same time) and haven’t seen a difference. Which Paula’s Choice product should I try?

Hi Gio - love your site, you are what the skincare industry needs! I’d like to add Resist Daily 5% AHA to my routine (I’m 37, dry skin and the dreaded wrinkles appearing!). I tend to cleanse, CE ferulic, hyaluronic acid, moisturise and SPF in the morning and do the same in the evening but add Niod Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist. So my question is - where does the AHA fit into the routine or should it be stand alone? Thank you Alecia
